Privacy

This page explains what Ava collects, who processes it, and how you can get it deleted. We do not sell your data.

Your meeting data

  • Transcripts, captured items, and generated artifacts (BRD, user stories, RAID log, and similar) are stored only for your account.
  • Audio is processed in real time by Recall.ai (to join Teams or Zoom) and Azure Voice Live (speech). We do not keep a separate raw audio archive after the meeting ends.
  • We do not use your meeting content to train Ava or any third-party model.
  • You can delete a meeting and its artifacts from the dashboard. To delete your whole account and remaining data, email hello@avameeting.com.
  • You are responsible for telling participants that an analyst bot is on the call, as required by local law and your client agreements.

Account and billing

We store the email on your login, subscription status, and usage minutes so we can run the product and bill accurately. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

Analytics and ads

We use product analytics (for example PostHog) to understand which pages and buttons people use. When configured, advertising pixels (for example Reddit Pixel and Google Ads) may run to measure campaign performance. These tools receive page views and, after you opt into a checkout, limited conversion events — not your meeting transcripts.

Processors

Clerk (login), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), Recall.ai (meeting join), Microsoft Azure (voice), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (database) process data on our behalf to provide the service.

Questions or deletion requests: hello@avameeting.com.
