A note from the founder
I built Ava because I kept leaving discovery calls with a transcript and rewriting the Product Requirements Document (PRD) that night. She is in the room for the client sessions I still run — asking for owners and musts while the room can still correct her. She also captures the meeting summary and the RAID log.

- No. There are 18 personas to choose from, one per meeting: General Notetaker, Business Analyst, Requirements Lead, Project Manager, Data Architect, Data Analyst, Product Manager, Solution Architect, Scrum Master, UX Researcher, QA / Test Lead, Security / Compliance, Sales / Discovery, Executive / Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Customer Success, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief AI Officer. Each one asks different questions, listens for different things, and writes different documents — a scrum master produces an impediment log and sprint health note, a QA lead produces a test plan and coverage matrix.
- Which personas do I get on the free plan?

- Can Ava just take notes without talking?
- Yes. The General Notetaker and Executive Assistant personas are silent scribes: they introduce themselves once, then say nothing for the rest of the call unless someone addresses them by name. Every other persona facilitates, speaking sparingly to clarify what is vague or unowned.
- Will she interrupt the meeting?
- In facilitator mode she speaks sparingly — short clarifying questions and read-backs when something is vague or missing. In on-demand mode she stays quiet until someone addresses her by name, while still capturing in the background.
- What platforms does she support?

- What’s included in the trial?

- Does Ava invent requirements?
- No. She is instructed to only record what participants actually said, ask when something is unclear, and stay silent rather than fill gaps with guesses.
- Do I have to tell participants she's recording?
- Yes. Ava appears as a named participant. You are responsible for telling the room a note-taking / analyst bot is present, as required by local law and your client agreements. We spell this out in the terms.
- Is my client's meeting data used to train AI?
- No. Transcripts and artifacts stay on your account. We do not use meeting content to train Ava or any third-party model. Delete a meeting from the dashboard, or email us to delete the account.
- Does my IT department need to approve anything?
- No tenant install and no admin consent. Paste a join link; Ava dials in as an external participant the same way a guest would. That is the whole setup.
- Can I correct what she captured?
- Yes. The live record is editable in the dashboard — change titles, owners, and details before you generate or share artifacts.
- What if she embarrasses me in front of a client?
- Use on-demand mode: she stays quiet until someone says her name, and still captures in the background. If a first paid meeting is not useful, email us and we will refund it.
- What happens to my artifacts if I cancel?
- You keep what you already generated. Cancel anytime from Billing; access continues through the paid period. After that, email us if you need an export or a deletion.
